Breaking the ice.. The perfect boss!

Hey all,

I was wondering "how to start a blog"?

And I felt that awkward moment when you are with someone and none of you really know what to say.  

Is not that I don't want to talk to that person, I just don't know what topic of conversation we should engaged. I guess blogs are somehow the same thing. The blogger feels like writing/sharing something the same way a person wants to go out and socialize.

Well, it occurred me.. when watching Family Guy, Peter uses Bill Lumbergh to convince Lois to not seat at the family dinner table.

The right way to break the ice.. "What is for you the perfect boss?"

When you ask someone about her work the answer is normally the same: 

"Great! I love my job."

"My job is terrible. I hate my boss!"

It is obvious that a boss as a big influence in our work, and nobody's likes a bad boss!

So what do you think of your boss when you compare to Bill Lumbergh the fictional character of a terrible boss in the movie Space Office?
